Havana Nights Remarkable Celebration

April 13, 2016

Tu Nidito is getting excited as we get ready to celebrate five Remarkable Moms at our annual signature gala, the Remarkable Celebration! Since 2002, we have been dedicated to honoring five women in our community that represent the heart of our mission. To add to the excitement each year, we carefully select a fun theme to inspire the decorations, attire and music. This year’s theme, Havana Nights, will provide you with an elegant, beach evening you are sure to remember!

Just picture it – Havana in the 1920s, well Tu Nidito will bring you there. The scene will be set for an exciting and imaginative evening in Cuba. Complete with the ambiance of a laid back Latin evening of elegance. So come in your unfashionably fun Havana attire – ladies styles include cocktail dresses, while gentlemen can don cool linens, tropical shirts and smart fedoras. The evening will be complete with silent and live auctions, signature cocktails and hitting the dance floor to dance the night away to up tempo, salsa music with a high energy, Latin sound machine vibe!

As Tu Nidito’s signature fundraising event, Remarkable Celebration has earned its reputation as a truly delightful and fun experience. We will be honoring Bonnie Allinder, Amy Haskell, Corby Lust, Jeanette Clifton and Donna McDermott who continue to go above and beyond in their efforts to make a difference in the lives of children and families. These special moms are role models who exemplify Tu Nidito’s mission of creating a community of acceptance and understanding regarding children in grief.

In honor of these five amazing women, we invite you to become a part of Tu Nidito’s mission and help us realize our vision that no child grieves alone. Join the celebration on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa.
